went with their offer for Dalhousie (Mongos). Best part of all the trip was the cab and driver they provided. Driver was very well experienced and polite - full marks to him. Travel Agency's (Himalyan Explorer) representative (Chhaya) was very generous and helpful, however others sounded very helpful but most of the times they either missed or got delayed on their promise/commitments. I was initially told that I need to pay the advance online which I did. Remaining payment was marked to be paid on Feb 12th, when I was supposed to be in Manali. However, to my surprise (a real bad one), I was asked to pay at hotel in Shimla and then Manali, at the time of check in. This detailed story is mentioned below under "Agent Service Rating". By paying at Shimla hotel and Manali hotel, I ended up paying Rs 500 more than the pending amount of the trip. I was informed that it will be refunded soon. I happened on Feb 19th. I waited and allowed them time before writing this review. Unfortunately, today, after 14 days, I am yet receive my money, although I have been promised on last Friday. Over all, I didn't want to rate the agency as "Bad or Not At All Likely" since they at least don't deserve it. However, unfortunately I can't even rate them as "Extremely Likely or Very Good or Excellent" because they were not. So I give them "Neutral".
